No problem - simply click "Sign In" in the upper top right corner of any page. This brings up the "Customer Login" page. Then click "Forgot Your Password" then enter your username (email address) then click on "Reset My Password." Instructions will appear in your email and you can enter any password you would like to use when signing in. We would love to help you iover the phone, but we do not keep (and thus can't look up) any passwords.

Order confirmations are automatically sent out every time you place an order, letting you know that your order has been received. Some internet service providers have installed spam filtering software that may prevent our email confirmations from going through. To remedy this, please add customerservice@acorn-naturalists.com to your list of "ok" email addresses. We do not send out spam and we do not sell or rent our email lists.

Order online or call or mail in your order.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as institutional purchase orders and checks. Our Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is 33-0688033.

We warehouse everything at one location, which means that we have direct control over fulfillment and can give you helpful answers when you inquire about a product or order. We can literally pull it of the shelf and discuss it with you, answering any specific questions you might have.

Orders originating from California locations are taxed at the 7.25% state tax rate (calculated on the order subtotal before adding any shipping charges). For orders originating within Orange County, California, 7.75% sales tax is added. Orders from locations outside of California are not taxed

For regular delivery in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, a flat rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $70; 10% of the subtotal for orders from $70 up to $800; 7% of the subtotal for orders from $800 up to $2000, and 5% of the subtotal for orders over $2000.

For Next, 2nd, 3rd Day or international orders, shipping rates are added based on weight, type of delivery requested and destination. In order to quote accurately, we need to weigh and pack the order and consult the appropriate shipping schedules based on the details of your request. Please let us know what your special shipping requirements are and we will contact you prior to filling your order.

On international shipments only, please note that every country has its own, ever changing set of regulations concerning taxes, duties, brokerage and other fees levied on incoming goods. We have no control over these fees - they are not established (or received) by Acorn Naturalists and may add to the total cost of good received.

If any item does not meet your needs for any reason, simply let us know within 90 days of receipt. To return an item, call toll-free between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday, PST, (800) 422-8886, and ask for a return authorization number.
